Setup Guide for TwinsAI

‍

The TwinsAI  integrates HubSpot contacts and companies, enabling users to:

‍

• Automated Cold Calling: Automatically autodials contacts from HubSpot lists without manual dialing.
• AI Sales Assistant: AI twin handles conversations, answers common questions, and engages leads based on training data.
• Real-Time Call Transcripts: Automatically generates and saves conversation transcripts inside HubSpot.
• Seamless Human Handoff: User can jump into the call anytime to take over the conversation.
• Lead Engagement Automation: Boosts outreach efficiency by making simultaneous or back-to-back calls.

Installing the App:

In order to install the App, you will need a TwinsAI account you can Sign up for a new Account here

Once you have the account follow the instructions below:

Login :

‍

1. Login to app.twinsai.net
2. Navigate to Profile-Settings

‍

Connect HubSpot:

‍

1. Find the Integrations tab
   

2. Click Connect on the HubSpot Connect button
3. Log in to HubSpot ( “Create a new Hubspot account” or “Sign in to your Hubspot account”)

1. Review the requested scopes on this screen. {{ App Name }} requests access to read and write to contacts and companies and read and edit contact and company properties
2. And you are Done connecting to HubSpot.
3. Head to Autodialler
   

1. Click on the arrow sign top left 
   

2. Log into your HubSpot credentials and you are set

Use AutoDailer :

‍

To use HubSpot contacts list and to call from TwinsAI you can go to either Contacts or Autodialler. 

Contacts

1. Navigate to Contacts page from the hamburger menu
   

‍

2. Click on Contact List in the search bar and look for Hubspot > All Customers
   

3. Click on Sync, and then click on the Small Blue People icon and you will be able to view the contacts imported from HubSpot

Auto- Dialer :

To use the Auto-dialler and one of the main features of TwinsAI.

1. Click on Autodialler in the hamburger icon of TwinsAI screen
   

1. You will be able to see 3 main fields in the top, Pre Call, In Call and Contacts. 
2. From here if you click on Start Auto Dialler
   
   1. It will start calling all the contacts in your HubSpot All Customer List one by one by your trained AI and you can jump on the call as well

4. If you are on the In Call page and don't see contacts, then click on Pre Call.
   

4. Click on Contact List and then go to  HUBSPOT> All Customers and click there
   

‍

6. Then press Sync, you will HubSpot contacts list connected successfully in the green banner
   

6. Now go to In Call, and start using Start Auto Dialler, but you should have contacts in your All Customer list in HubSpot.
7. Press End Call to stop the call and enter Stop Auto-Dialer to fully stop the auto dialler

Disconnect:

To disconnect from TwinsAI it is necessary to understand that you wont be able to make calls to the contacts imported from HubSpot. No data from HubSpot will be stored in TwinsAI.

To disconnect follow:

1. Log into TwinsAI

2. Navigate to Profile > Settings

3. Locate the Integrations tab 

4. Click Disconnect

5. Click Yes, I am sure

Note: If you disconnect your HubSpot account from TwinsAI, all your leads and account data from HubSpot will no longer sync to Contacts and Autodialler (and vice versa). Existing data will not remain in TwinsAI.
