Introduction & core commitments
TwinsAI operates in three distinct data-handling capacities: as a Controller when users sign up for services, visit our websites, or interact directly with TwinsAI; as a Processor when customers use TwinsAI products to collect personal data for their business activities; and as a Controller when collecting professional contact data from public sources for resale to customers.
No one will access, read, or delete your emails. You own your data.
Information we collect
Website visits
Users can explore the website without providing personal information. Registration requires name, email, company name, address, and phone number.
Navigational information
TwinsAI collects IP addresses, geographical location, browser type, referral sources, visit length, and pages viewed for service improvement and advertising purposes.
Payment information
Credit card data and billing information are processed through third-party PCI-compliant service providers. TwinsAI does not store card numbers.

TwinsAI business contact database
TwinsAI maintains a business contact database containing name, employer and company details, office location, business telephone and email, and job title. Data is sourced from publicly available sources such as business and employment-oriented social networks, recruitment websites and company websites, as well as customer contributions and premium data providers.
How we use & process data
General uses
Personal information is used to provide services and fulfill orders, contact users about relevant content, improve and promote products, perform statistical analysis, and provide customer support.
