The rules of the road.

These Terms of Use form a binding contract between you and TwinsAI for access to our AI sales platform. By registering for or using the service, you agree to comply with all of these terms. Users must be at least 16 years old.

TwinsAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the service for commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service except as expressly permitted.

All fees are non-refundable and stated in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise specified.

Usage-based billing is rounded up to the nearest full second.

Late payments accrue finance charges of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances.

Pricing changes require 30 days' advance notice before taking effect.

You must comply with all applicable telecommunications and privacy laws, including the TCPA, TSR, GDPR, and equivalent regulations in Canada, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.

You may not use the service for fraud, harassment, intellectual property violations, impersonation, or any conduct that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

TwinsAI retains all right, title, and interest in the platform, including all software, content, trademarks, and documentation. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these terms.

By submitting content to the service, you grant TwinsAI a perpetual, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to deliver the service to you.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

TwinsAI's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is capped at the greater of the fees paid by you in the prior 12 months or $100.

Disputes are resolved through binding individual arbitration. You may opt out of arbitration by providing written notice within 30 days of accepting these terms.

Class actions and class-wide arbitration are not permitted.

TwinsAI may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, unusual or abusive usage, or in response to a legal request.

Upon termination, you must cease all access to the service and pay any outstanding fees, including the remainder of your current term.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the arbitration provision above, the exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in New York.
