Point of view

Most revenue agents can write. Ours can call.

The agent category has converged on the same shape: something that reads your CRM, drafts an email, scores a lead and writes a row back. That work is real, and it is also the easiest part of the job to automate. It is text in, text out.

The part that actually moves a pipeline is the conversation, and almost nobody has built for it. Parallel dialing across live lines, answering an AI call screener, dropping a voicemail in the rep's own voice, handing a warm human to a rep in under half a second, coaching that rep in their ear while the call is still happening: that is infrastructure, not prompting, which is why the rest of the category skips it.

TwinsAI started at the hard end. The dialer, the live coach and the botless notetaker are shipped products. The agents on this page are those capabilities pointed at your accounts and wired into your CRM, so the conversation and the record finally live in the same system.

The agents

Tell them what you want. In plain English.

Four families, one workspace. Each one runs on your accounts, in your CRM, with the same context your reps have.

Outbound agent

It works the list, and it dials.

Work this list. Handle the screeners. Warm transfer me anyone who is ready.

The outbound agent runs the queue end to end: it rings multiple lines at once, talks its way past AI call screeners, drops a voicemail in your rep's cloned voice when nobody picks up, and hands a live human to an available rep in under 450ms. Every attempt, outcome and recording lands on the record without anyone typing.

  • Parallel dialing up to 10 lines, or power mode for high-intent lists
  • AI call-screener handling and voicemail drop in the rep's voice
  • Local presence, number rotation and carrier warm-up
  • Warm transfer to a live rep in under 450ms
  • DNC scrubbing and compliance fences on every dial
How it works

Four steps, and an engineer on every one.

You are not handed a builder and wished well. Setup is done with you, and the agents are operated for you afterwards.

  1. 01

    Connect your stack

CRM, calendar, mail, meetings and Slack. Read-only first, so you can see what the agents would do before they are allowed to do it.

  2. 02

    Map your CRM

The step everyone else skips. An engineer sits with your team and maps your real instance: custom objects, the fields your forecast actually depends on, your stage definitions, your required properties, your validation rules. Agents are then scoped to write only where you have said they can. This is why the write-back is trustworthy instead of a pile of notes in a description field, and it is done once rather than re-litigated on every workflow.

  3. 03

    Deploy the agents

Pick the families you want and describe the job in plain English. You approve the first runs before anything goes out, and every action stays logged and reversible.

  4. 04

    We operate them

Monitoring, failures and vendor breakage are ours. You see every run and every output, and you get an engineer in your Slack rather than a support queue.

Account context

One resolved account, not eleven tabs.

Every call, meeting, email, CRM record and external signal is resolved onto a single account and the people inside it. That resolved view is what the agents read before they act, which is the difference between an agent that personalizes a first line and one that knows the champion went quiet three weeks ago.

What you get

Sold as a bundle, because that is how it works.

Agents on their own are a demo. The reason this lands is that the calling, the data and the CRM mapping ship together, already wired to each other.

The agent workspaceIncluded

All four families, running on your accounts. Describe the job in plain English, approve the first runs, watch every action.

Calling minutesIncluded

Phone minutes, numbers, local presence and voicemail drop. The dialer is part of the platform, not a separate seat you go buy elsewhere.

Data and enrichmentAt cost

Contact and company enrichment passed through at provider cost with no markup, so your data spend stops funding someone else's margin.

Your CRM, mappedEngineer-led

An engineer maps your objects, fields and stages, wires the two-way sync, and stays on to change it when your process changes.

Operated for youOngoing

We monitor the runs and own the failures. Changes ship through an engineer in your Slack channel.

Pricing is scoped to the agents and volume you actually run. We would rather talk through the fit than publish a number that is wrong for you.

FAQ

Common questions.

What is a revenue agent?+

A revenue agent is an AI agent that does a piece of revenue work end to end rather than assisting with it: sourcing and enriching accounts, running the outbound calls, sitting in the meeting, and keeping the CRM current afterwards. The useful distinction is not whether it drafts text, which nearly all of them do, but whether it can complete the action, including picking up the phone.

How is this different from an AI SDR?+

Most AI SDR products are email and LinkedIn sequencers with an LLM writing the copy. The calling step, if it exists, is handed to a separate dialer. TwinsAI's agents run the calls themselves on the same infrastructure that powers our parallel dialer, and the same system captures the meeting that the call books, so the whole motion stays in one place with one record.

Do I have to replace my CRM?+

No, and we would advise against it. Salesforce, HubSpot and Close stay the system of record. The agents read from your CRM and write back into your objects and fields. What we add is the layer above it: the conversations, the research and the actions that never made it into the record because nobody had time to type them in.

What does mapping my CRM actually involve?+

An engineer works through your live instance with you: custom objects, the fields your reporting depends on, stage definitions, required properties and validation rules. They map each agent outcome to the right destination and scope what each agent is permitted to write. It is usually a short engagement rather than a project, and the engineer stays available afterwards to change the mapping when your process changes.

Which agents can I start with?+

Most teams start with the outbound and calling agent, because that is the fastest thing to see working, and add the CRM and deal agents once the write-back mapping is in place. The research agent is usually added when the list itself becomes the bottleneck rather than the dialing.

How early is this?+

Early, and we would rather say so. The underlying pieces are shipped products: the parallel dialer, the live coach and the botless notetaker are in daily production use. Bundling them as agents with enrichment and an engineer-led CRM mapping is newer, and it is running with a small group of teams. If you want a polished, feature-complete platform with a long customer list, we are not that yet. If you want the calling to actually work and an engineer who will map it to your stack, that is exactly what this is.

Who operates the agents?+

We do. Monitoring, failures and third-party vendor breakage are ours to handle. You see every run, every action and every output, and changes ship through an engineer in your Slack channel rather than a support ticket.

Bring us your CRM and your worst list.

Thirty minutes. We will map what the agents would do inside your instance and dial your list while you watch.
