How we picked and ranked these dialers
A parallel dialer rings several numbers at once for one rep and connects the rep to whoever answers first. That is different from a power dialer, which dials one number at a time, and from a predictive dialer, which dials ahead for a pool of call-center agents. If you are still deciding between the types, read parallel vs power dialer first.
We are TwinsAI, so we ranked ourselves first. To keep that honest, every entry gets the same fields (best for, trade-offs, and facts from the vendor's own site on 2026-10-22), and anything a vendor does not publish is marked "not published" rather than guessed.
The five criteria that actually separate parallel dialers
- Handoff speed. When a prospect says hello, how long until the rep is live? A slow bridge produces the silence that makes people hang up.
- CRM fit. Can reps dial straight from the CRM views they already use, and do calls, dispositions and recordings write back without manual logging?
- Number health. Local presence, number rotation, spam monitoring and, increasingly, whether the dialer checks a number is live before dialing it.
- Buying terms. Seat minimums, annual contracts, and whether you can see a price before a sales call.
- Mobile screening. iPhone and Android now answer unknown callers with an AI screener. How a dialer handles that screener decides whether mobile numbers ever reach a human.

| PhoneBurner | 1 (power dialer by design) | Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM and more | None (single seat) | From $140 annual or $165 monthly | Not applicable |
Line counts have converged around 4 to 5, so the real differences are CRM write-back and buying terms. The best-known names (Orum and Nooks) also have seat minimums and no public price; for a team of one to three, see the no seat minimum guide.
1. TwinsAI: best for teams on a CRM other than HubSpot or Salesforce
TwinsAI is an AI parallel dialer that dials up to 8 lines at once and bridges a live human to the rep in under 450ms. It works natively with seven CRM and sales-engagement platforms: HubSpot, Salesforce, Close, Attio, Outreach, Zoho and HighLevel. It validates each number with the telecom carrier before dialing, so reps are not burning dials on dead or disconnected numbers.
The feature most lists miss is AI call screening. About 28% of mobile calls are now answered by an AI call screener, based on TwinsAI's own call data (2026), and the share is rising. When a screener answers, ScreenPass replies with the caller's real name and reason for calling, on iPhone and Android. When ScreenPass responds, 12% of those screened calls reach a live person.
- Best for: SDR teams of any size, including a team of one, especially on Close, Attio, Zoho, HighLevel or Outreach, where Orum and Nooks offer less or nothing.
- Trade-off: dollar prices are not published. Dialer pricing shows the tiers and what is in each, and you get a quote on your team size.
- Trade-off: parallel dialing is not in the solo Starter tier. Scale (built for teams of up to 5) dials up to 4 lines, and the full 8 lines are on Enterprise (teams of 6 or more).
- Trade-off: a younger brand than Orum or Nooks, with fewer third-party reviews to read before you buy.
2. Orum: best for large SDR floors on HubSpot or Salesforce
Orum is the name AI engines mention first for parallel dialing, and it earned that by being early and by publishing a lot of call data. Its pricing page lists power and parallel dialing, unlimited dials, up to 10 caller IDs per month, AI coaching as an add-on, and a 9-seat minimum. Its dialer page says up to 5 lines, although some older Orum pages say 10.
- Best for: funded SDR teams of 10 or more on HubSpot or Salesforce who want a mature platform with salesfloor, coaching and analytics in one place.
- Trade-off: the 9-seat minimum rules out small teams and pilots with two or three reps.
- Trade-off: no public price. You fill in a form and talk to sales.
- Trade-off: its integrations page lists HubSpot and Salesforce as the CRMs, plus Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo and Gong Engage. Close, Attio and Zoho are not listed.
Full comparison: TwinsAI vs Orum and Orum vs Nooks.
3. Nooks: best for remote teams that want a virtual salesfloor
Nooks started as a virtual workspace and grew into a dialing, prospecting and coaching platform. Its own review page states parallel dialing on up to 5 lines and a minimum of two seats, and says it is not ideal for one-person sales teams. The Nooks pricing page is a quote form, and its FAQ says Nooks integrates with HubSpot and Salesforce, with a CSV upload for any other CRM.
- Best for: distributed SDR teams on HubSpot or Salesforce where managers coach live and the team dials together.
- Trade-off: HubSpot and Salesforce only. A Close or Attio team is back to exporting CSVs.
- Trade-off: no public price, and the product now spans agents and sequencing, so you may pay for more than a dialer.
Full comparison: TwinsAI vs Nooks.
4. Salesfinity: best for small teams that want a public price
Salesfinity is the most transparent of the dedicated parallel dialers. Its pricing page shows Gold at $249 a license a month billed annually or $299 month to month, and Enterprise at $299 a license a month on a 12-month plan. Every license dials up to 5 lines and includes HubSpot and Salesforce sync. One to five licenses can be bought online by card, and its Nooks comparison says there is no seat minimum.
- Best for: teams of one to five on HubSpot or Salesforce who want to start this week without a procurement cycle.
- Trade-off: HubSpot and Salesforce are the CRMs named on the pricing page; confirm anything else before you buy.
- Trade-off: the per-seat list price is in the same band as the premium tools, so the saving is in terms and speed, not always in dollars.
5. Trellus: best for dialing inside the CRM you already use
Trellus is a Chrome extension that power or parallel dials from inside your existing tools. Its pricing page lists Power at $99.99 a month and Power + Parallel at $149.99 a month for individuals, with custom pricing for teams. Its integration pages say up to five simultaneous lines on eligible plans, and the integration list covers HubSpot, Salesforce, Close, Attio, Zoho, GoHighLevel and Pipedrive.
- Best for: an individual rep or founder who wants the cheapest published parallel price and lives in one CRM tab all day.
- Trade-off: it depends on the extension and on what your CRM plan allows, so behavior can differ by screen and subscription.
- Trade-off: team features sit on a custom-priced Business plan.
More detail: TwinsAI vs Trellus and Trellus pricing.
6. Kixie: best for a phone system with multi-line dialing built in
Kixie is a business phone and texting platform with a PowerDialer. Its pricing page shows three plans: Professional, Single-Line PowerDialer, and Multi-Line PowerDialer that dials up to 4 lines with AI Human Voice Detection as a premium add-on. Kixie's own fact sheet lists HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive and Zapier among its integrations.
- Best for: SMB sales teams that want calling, SMS, inbound routing and multi-line dialing from one vendor.
- Trade-off: 4 lines is the ceiling, and Kixie positions itself as a communication platform, so the dialer is one part of a wider product.
- Trade-off: we could not capture plan amounts or a seat minimum from its pricing page on the day we checked, so we do not quote them. See Kixie pricing.
7. JustCall: best for mixed sales and support teams
JustCall is a cloud phone system with a separate Sales Suite. Its pricing page lists Team at $29, Pro at $49 and Pro Plus at $89 per user per month billed annually, each with a two-license minimum. Multi-line dialing lives in SalesPro, which is quote-only, has a two-license minimum and includes a predictive dialer up to 10 lines plus power and dynamic dialing.
- Best for: teams where the same phone system serves sales, support and inbound, and a wide integration list matters (it names HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Outreach and HighLevel among 100+).
- Trade-off: the SDR-grade dialer is custom priced, so the $29 headline is not the price of parallel dialing.
- Trade-off: its multi-line mode is described as predictive, which brings stricter abandoned-call rules than a one-rep parallel dialer. See JustCall pricing.
8. Koncert: best for teams that want several dialing modes, including agent-assisted
Koncert sells a ladder of dialers on its pricing page: Click Dialer, single-line Flow Dialer, an Agent-Assisted multi-line dialer where human agents navigate phone trees and gatekeepers, AI Flow Dialer, and AI Parallel Dialer at 1 to 4 lines (Symphony) or 1 to 5 lines (Symphony+). It lists a native Salesforce app on AppExchange and integrations with HubSpot, Outreach and Salesloft.
- Best for: Salesforce-centric teams that want to mix single-line and parallel modes, or hand phone-tree navigation to human agents.
- Trade-off: the pricing page shows figures from 6 to 99 across the five dialers without a billing unit or term in our check. Confirm in writing.
- Trade-off: a seat minimum is not published.
9. PhoneBurner: best if you decide you do not want parallel at all
PhoneBurner is on this list as the honest alternative. Its FAQ says it is a single-line power dialer by design, with no connection delay, no contract, seats from one, and dialing to the US and Canada only. Pricing starts at $140 per user per month billed annually or $165 monthly.
- Best for: small teams calling warm or high-value lists where every conversation matters more than volume, and teams that want zero dead air.
- Trade-off: one line at a time, so fewer conversations per hour on cold lists with low connect rates.
- Trade-off: no international dialing.
If this sounds like your team, our best power dialers list is the better read.
How to choose: a 10-minute shortlist
- Start with your CRMCross out every dialer without a native integration for the CRM your reps live in. If you are on Close, see Close; on HubSpot, see HubSpot and the HubSpot parallel dialer guide; on Salesforce, see Salesforce and Salesforce dialers.
- Apply your seat countFewer than 9 reps removes Orum. One rep removes Nooks, JustCall SalesPro and any per-license minimum above one.
- Do the connect-rate mathParallel dialing pays off when connect rates are low and lists are large. Plug your own numbers into the parallel dial connect-rate calculator and the dials-to-meetings calculator before you look at prices.
- Test the handoff on a live callIn every demo, have the vendor dial your own mobile. Say hello and count how long until a human speaks. A pause you can hear is a pause your prospects hear.
- Test a screened mobileTurn on iPhone Call Screening or Pixel Call Screen and let the dialer call you. Watch what it says to the screener and whether the call is logged.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best parallel dialer for a small team?
For one to five reps, look at dialers without a seat minimum: TwinsAI, Salesfinity and Trellus all let a single rep start. Salesfinity and Trellus publish prices; TwinsAI quotes on team size and adds seven native CRM integrations and AI screener handling.
How many lines should a parallel dialer call at once?
Most dialers cap at 4 or 5 lines; TwinsAI goes up to 8 on its Enterprise tier. More lines raise the chance of a connect per dial cycle, but only if the handoff is fast. Use the connect-rate calculator to see where extra lines stop paying off for your list.
Which parallel dialers work with Close or Attio?
Of the dialers we checked, TwinsAI integrates natively with Close and Attio, and Trellus runs inside both through its Chrome extension. Nooks says it supports HubSpot and Salesforce only, and Orum's integrations page does not list Close or Attio.
Is Orum or Nooks better?
Orum requires 9 seats and suits large HubSpot or Salesforce floors; Nooks requires two seats and leans into a virtual salesfloor and coaching. Neither publishes a price. Our Orum vs Nooks comparison covers the details.
Do parallel dialers work on mobile numbers now that phones screen calls?
They can, but the screener changes the math. A screener answers before the prospect does, so a dialer that hangs up or plays dead air loses that call. TwinsAI's ScreenPass replies with your real name and reason; when it responds, 12% of screened calls reach a live person.
