What counts as a power dialer (and what this list covers)
A power dialer dials the next number on a list the moment the rep finishes the last call. One rep, one line, no manual dialing. It is the step up from click-to-call and the step below a parallel dialer, which rings several numbers at once. If you want the full taxonomy, read what a power dialer is and auto dialer software.
"Best auto dialer" searches usually mean the same thing in B2B: software that dials for you. We include a few multi-line tools because buyers compare them in the same breath, and we say clearly which entries are single-line.
We are TwinsAI and we put ourselves first, but TwinsAI is a parallel dialer, not a pure power dialer. We rank it first because the most common reason teams shop for a new power dialer is that their current one is not producing enough conversations. If that is not your problem, one of the next eight is probably the better buy, and we say which.

1. TwinsAI: best when a power dialer is not producing enough conversations
TwinsAI is an AI parallel dialer: it rings up to 8 lines at once and bridges the first live human to the rep in under 450ms, so the prospect does not hear dead air. It validates each number with the telecom carrier before dialing, and it works natively with HubSpot, Salesforce, Close, Attio, Outreach, Zoho and HighLevel. There is no seat minimum, so a team of one can start.
The reason to consider it instead of a power dialer is arithmetic. A power dialer can only make one attempt at a time, so on a cold list most of the hour goes to rings and voicemails. Parallel dialing gives a higher connect rate than industry-standard single-line dialing, and more live conversations per hour. Mobile screening matters too: about 28% of mobile calls are now answered by an AI call screener (TwinsAI call data, 2026), and ScreenPass replies to the screener with your real name and reason for calling.
- Best for: SDR teams calling cold B2B lists where connect rates are low and reps spend more time listening to rings than talking.
- Trade-off: it is not a cheap single-line dialer. Dollar prices are not published; dialer pricing shows the tiers and you get a quote on your team size.
- Trade-off: parallel dialing starts on the Scale tier (up to 4 lines); the full 8 lines are on Enterprise. The solo Starter tier does not include parallel dialing.
- Trade-off: on small, warm lists where every call is a known contact, a single-line dialer may be all you need.
2. PhoneBurner: best pure single-line power dialer
PhoneBurner is a power dialer and deliberately nothing more. Its FAQ says it will not dial more than one person at a time, connections have no delay, there is no contract, seats run from one to hundreds, and it dials the US and Canada only. Pricing starts at $140 per user per month billed annually ($165 monthly), with Premium at $183 annual ($215 monthly).
- Best for: solo reps and small teams calling warm leads, renewals or high-value lists where every conversation counts and dead air is unacceptable.
- Trade-off: the highest per-seat price on this list for a single-line dialer.
- Trade-off: no international calling, and number monitoring and spam remediation (ARMOR) are paid add-ons.
3. CloudTalk: best cheap power dialer with room to grow
CloudTalk publishes the clearest build-your-own price we found. Its auto dialer pricing page lists Starter at $25 per user per month annual ($34 monthly), a Power Dialer add-on at $15, and a Parallel Dialer add-on at $39 that dials up to 10 lines. The Expert plan ($49 annual) includes the power dialer. Its pricing page says basic plans need one user and Expert needs three.
- Best for: budget-conscious teams of any size, including international teams, who want a phone system and a power dialer now and the option of parallel later.
- Trade-off: the headline is the software price. Numbers and minutes outside the included region cost extra.
- Trade-off: it is a broad call-center platform, so SDR-specific workflows are less deep than in a dedicated SDR dialer.
4. JustCall: best for a power dialer inside a full business phone
JustCall's pricing page puts a power dialer in the Pro plan at $49 per user per month annual ($69 monthly, per its help center). Team, Pro and Pro Plus each carry a two-license minimum. The heavier Sales Suite, SalesPro, is quote-only and adds a predictive dialer up to 10 lines.
- Best for: teams where the same phone system handles sales, support and inbound, with a long integration list (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Outreach and HighLevel are named).
- Trade-off: a solo rep still pays for two licenses.
- Trade-off: unlimited calling is subject to a fair-use policy that excludes large-scale telemarketing, so read it before you plan a high-volume floor.

5. Aircall: best if you already run Aircall for inbound
Aircall's pricing page lists Essentials at $30 and Professional at $50 per license per month on annual billing. The Power Dialer is in Professional: import up to 1,000 numbers and dial them in sequence, with time between calls for notes. Aircall's help center says most plans need a minimum of 3 licenses.
- Best for: companies already on Aircall for support or inbound who want light outbound power dialing without adding a vendor.
- Trade-off: the power dialer is a feature of a phone system, not an SDR tool: no parallel mode, and list size per import is capped.
- Trade-off: the 3-license minimum means $150 a month at list before a single solo rep dials.
More detail: TwinsAI vs Aircall.
6. Kixie: best for multi-line power dialing with SMS
Kixie's pricing page shows a Single-Line PowerDialer plan and a Multi-Line PowerDialer plan that dials up to 4 lines, with AI Human Voice Detection as a premium add-on. Every plan includes a business phone, texting, voicemail drop and bi-directional CRM integration, and Kixie's fact sheet names HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive and Zapier.
- Best for: SMB teams that text as much as they call, especially on Pipedrive or Zoho.
- Trade-off: we could not capture plan amounts or a seat minimum from its pricing page on the day we checked, so we quote neither. See Kixie pricing.
- Trade-off: multi-line tops out at 4 lines.
7 and 8. Orum and Nooks: best when you want power and parallel in one SDR platform
Orum and Nooks are SDR platforms that offer both power and parallel modes, so reps can slow down for priority accounts and speed up for cold lists. Orum's pricing page lists both modes and a 9-seat minimum. Nooks' own review page lists power and parallel dialing up to 5 lines and a two-seat minimum. Neither publishes a price, and both are built around HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Best for (Orum): SDR floors of 9 or more that want coaching, analytics and a salesfloor around the dialer.
- Best for (Nooks): remote teams of two or more who dial together in a virtual salesfloor.
- Trade-off (both): you cannot see a price without a sales call, and they cost far more than a single-line power dialer.

9. HubSpot's built-in calling: best if you only need a queue
HubSpot now includes a sales power dialer, labelled beta on its calling page: queue calls from the CRM, drop voicemails in one click, skip or pause, and log outcomes automatically. HubSpot says calling is available in the Starter, Professional and Enterprise editions of Sales Hub and Service Hub.
- Best for: HubSpot teams with modest call volume who want no extra vendor at all.
- Trade-off: it is in beta and works only inside HubSpot.
- Trade-off: single-line queueing. When volume rises, teams usually add a dedicated dialer; see the HubSpot parallel dialer guide.
The cheapest power dialers, once seat minimums are counted
"Cheap power dialer" searches compare headline seat prices, but minimums change the answer. Here is the monthly software cost at list, billed annually, using only prices each vendor publishes. Phone numbers, extra minutes and add-ons are excluded.
| Plan | 1 rep | 3 reps | 5 reps |
|---|---|---|---|
| CloudTalk Starter + Power Dialer ($40) | $40 | $120 | $200 |
| JustCall Pro ($49, 2-license minimum) | $98 (2 licenses) | $147 | $245 |
| Aircall Professional ($50, 3-license minimum) | $150 (3 licenses) | $150 | $250 |
| PhoneBurner Standard ($140) | $140 | $420 | $700 |
For a solo rep, CloudTalk is cheapest and Aircall costs nearly four times as much because of its minimum. At five reps the three phone-system options converge around $200 to $250, and PhoneBurner's premium is the price of a dedicated dialer with no contract. None of these numbers tells you cost per conversation, which is what matters. Use the dials-to-meetings calculator to turn seat price into cost per meeting.
Power dialer or parallel dialer? A quick test
Look at last month's numbers. If reps reach a live person on a large share of dials (warm leads, inbound follow-up, renewals), a power dialer is the right tool and the cheapest one that fits your CRM wins. If reps make hundreds of dials to reach a handful of people, the bottleneck is the single line, not the software price.
| Your situation | Better fit | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Warm or inbound leads, high pick-up | Power dialer | Every call is valuable; one line keeps quality high and cost low. |
| Cold B2B lists, low pick-up, SDR team | Parallel dialer | More lines per rep means more live conversations per hour. |
| Mixed: priority accounts plus cold lists | A tool with both modes | Reps switch modes by list, as Orum, Nooks and CloudTalk allow. |
| Solo founder testing outbound | No-minimum tool | Avoid paying for seats you do not use; see the no seat minimum guide. |
For the full side-by-side, read parallel vs power dialer. If you land on parallel, the best parallel dialers list compares those tools on the same terms.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best power dialer for a solo rep?
PhoneBurner and CloudTalk both let one person start: PhoneBurner at $140 a month annual for a pure single-line dialer, CloudTalk at $40 a month annual for Starter plus its Power Dialer add-on. JustCall and Aircall require 2 and 3 licenses, so a solo rep pays for extra seats.
What is the cheapest power dialer?
Of the vendors that publish prices, CloudTalk is cheapest at $40 per user per month billed annually for Starter plus the Power Dialer add-on. That excludes extra numbers and minutes outside the included region.
Is a power dialer the same as an auto dialer?
A power dialer is one kind of auto dialer. Auto dialer is the umbrella term that also covers preview, predictive and parallel dialers. See auto dialer software for the full breakdown.
Does TwinsAI have a power dialer?
TwinsAI is a parallel dialer: it dials up to 8 lines and bridges a live person to the rep in under 450ms. If you only want one-at-a-time dialing on warm lists, a dedicated power dialer such as PhoneBurner or CloudTalk may be the simpler buy.
Which power dialers integrate with Salesforce?
PhoneBurner, CloudTalk, JustCall, Kixie, Orum, Nooks and TwinsAI all list a Salesforce integration. How each logs calls and dispositions differs; see Salesforce dialers.

Spend your reps' day on conversations, not ringing phones.
TwinsAI parallel-dials up to 8 lines at once, validates every number with the carrier before it rings, and bridges a live prospect to your rep in under 450ms. It works inside HubSpot, Salesforce, Close, Attio, Outreach, Zoho and HighLevel, with no seat minimum.
